| Obverse description | Multicolour lithograph on a dark green ground, centred on the crowned municipal coat of arms of Grünberg — a walled gateway with twin red-roofed towers flanking a helmeted shield — set against a lush grapevine and red-cluster ground evoking the city's viticultural identity. Two oval vignettes flank the arms: at left, a classically draped youth with a fruit basket; at right, a putto bearing a large bunch of grapes. The issuer legend 'Gutschein der Stadt Grünberg i/Schl' arches across the upper field in decorative Gothic lettering, with the validity date and denomination 'Fünfundsiebzig Pfennig' rendered in bold Fraktur script along the lower margin. |

| Reverse description | Printed in green and ochre on a cream ground within a decorative border of stylised oak and grape leaves, the central vignette presents a letterpress architectural view of the Grünberg Rathaus, its prominent baroque tower rising above the surrounding civic buildings and a tree-lined foreground square. The numeral '75' appears in green at the upper left, with the civic designation 'Obst- und Weinstadt Grünberg i. Schl.' in Fraktur script at the upper right and the caption 'Rathaus' below the vignette. The printer's imprint 'OFFSETDRUCK GEBR. PARCUS MÜNCHEN.' runs along the lower margin. |

Grünberg was one of Silesia's principal wine-producing towns — an unusual distinction for that latitude — and its municipal notgeld issues leaned into that identity with some enthusiasm. Gebrüder Parcus in Munich handled a substantial volume of the decorative notgeld trade in the early 1920s and brought a noticeably higher standard of chromolithographic finish to civic commissions than many competing printers of the period.
The 75 Pfennig denomination is among the less common notgeld face values, chosen by some municipalities to cover specific local fare or fee increments rather than round-number convenience.
