Obverse description Dark blue-black letterpress note with a central diamond-shaped vignette enclosing a standing miner in working attire, holding a pick or tool over his shoulder, set against an industrial backdrop with machinery. The denomination '75' appears in large script at upper left and '75' repeated at lower left and right, with 'Pfg' monogram at upper right; the issuer inscription 'OSTERFELD STADT I.WESTF.' runs along the top border, while oblique marginal text carries the bearer and validity clauses. A facsimile signature of the Bürgermeister appears at lower left, and a red circular city seal of Osterfeld is affixed at lower right, alongside the series designation 'REIHE C'.

Reverse description Cream and dark blue letterpress reverse with a bold, expressionist vignette of two confronting male figures grasping a ribbon scroll on which 'PFENNIG' is inscribed, flanking a centrally placed heraldic shield of Osterfeld printed in red; the large numeral '75' is interwoven with the figural composition in the upper field. The artist's signature 'Jos. Dominicus' appears within the vignette, while four lines of gothic verse text are set in a ruled panel across the lower third of the note, and the printer's imprint runs along the bottom margin.
