| Reverse description | Printed in black and golden-ochre tones, the reverse presents a panoramic landscape vignette of a steam train travelling through open countryside toward the city of Flensburg, visible on the horizon and labelled accordingly. The scene is captioned 'SCHLEICHHANDEL NACH FLENSBURG', referencing the illicit trade route to Flensburg. Denomination panels reading '75 / PFENNIG' in bold framed cartouches are set within ornate foliate scroll borders on both the left and right sides, with 'NOTGELDSCHEIN' and 'GEMEINDE HUSBY' inscribed across the top in a decorative banner. |

Husby is a small parish in Angeln, the historic Germanic-speaking district of Schleswig that voted by a clear majority to remain with Germany in the 1920 plebiscite. This note was issued the following year, during the height of the German Kleingeldschein crisis, when a nationwide coin shortage drove thousands of municipalities, co-operatives, and private firms to print their own fractional emergency currency. Husby's issue is a minor but geographically pointed one — a community that had just confirmed its political identity through a ballot now asserting economic self-sufficiency through locally circulated paper.
The 75-Pfennig denomination is less common than the standard 25- and 50-Pfennig values that dominate most municipal Notgeld series.
