Obverse description The obverse is printed in black and tan on cream paper, centred on a vignette of a medieval stone tower rising from a low horizon, from which radiating sunburst lines fan outward across the note. The names of villages and localities belonging to the Kreis Diepholz are inscribed along these rays in Gothic script. The denomination numeral '75' appears in the upper left and right corners against dark solid panels, with the issuer legend in large Gothic lettering arching across the top; the lower panel carries the redemption text, issue date of 15 September 1921, serial number, and manuscript signatures of the Vorsitzender and Direktor.

Reverse description The reverse is printed in black and tan, dominated by a large central oval vignette enclosing a sow suckling a litter of piglets with a second pig resting behind, rendered in a bold outline style typical of German Notgeld illustration. The four corners of the dark outer border each carry the denomination numeral '75' in large tan figures, and a dotted decorative border frames the oval. Two lines of verse in Gothic script appear above and below the vignette within the oval, referencing pig-breeding as the district's prized agricultural activity; the printer's imprint is set in the lower right margin.
Reverse lettering Die Schweinezucht gedeiht im Kreis.
An Güte unerreicht.
Und doch wie jeder Landmann weiss.
Ist diese gar nicht leicht.
