Obverse description Central vignette shows a lithographic view of the village church of Großrudestedt set among large deciduous trees, rendered in brown tones on a cream ground. Decorative wheat ears flank the design on both left and right margins against a grey border, with the denomination numeral '75' in ornate cartouches at lower left and right corners. The issuer's title in Gothic script occupies the upper border, and the lower panel carries the redemption clause with date and two manuscript signatures.

Reverse description The reverse is set on an unprinted buff ground and carries a three-stanza verse in black Gothic type beneath the red Fraktur heading 'Geldnot u. Notgeld.' and the numeral '3.'; a large ornamental red initial 'B' with flourished calligraphic scrollwork occupies the left margin. The municipal seal of Großrudestedt, printed in red in the lower right corner, shows a standing figure with scales encircled by the legend 'SIEGEL GROSSEN RUDESTEDT' and a date.
