Obverse description Typographically printed Notgeld note in grey-green and black on cream paper, with a castellated border frame typical of Austrian emergency currency. The large numeral '75' occupies the upper centre, flanked by the validity date 'GILT BIS 31.XII.1920' at left and the anti-counterfeiting warning 'NACHAHMUNG WIRD BESTRAFT' at right. The denomination in full Gothic blackletter script 'FÜNFUNDSIEBZIG HELLER' fills the centre, with the issuing authority 'ULRICHSBERG (O.Ö.) 5.V.20' and a manuscript signature of the Bürgermeister (Wagner) at the lower right.

Reverse description Dark navy-blue and grey-green letterpress print on cream paper. A circular light-toned vignette at centre contains a bust portrait of a young woman in traditional Austrian dress, her head turned three-quarters left, rendered in a bold woodcut-like style. Ornamental scrollwork fills the dark corners on both sides. The denomination '75 HELLER 75' is printed in large grey-green numerals and lettering along the lower margin.
