| Obverse description | Printed in dark red-brown on an uncoloured ground, the central vignette occupies a pale green panel and presents a bust-length portrait of a peasant woman in traditional headscarf rendered in a sketchy, expressionist style. Flanking the central panel on both left and right are vertical letterpress text columns bearing the issuer name and year date, separated by ornamental scroll devices incorporating the denomination numerals. The outer border consists of a dotted perforated-style frame with repeated diagonal hatching, and the denomination '75 HELLER' is set in bold type across the lower register on both sides. |
