| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a faithful artistic rendition of a traditional Latvian 17th–18th century bubble fibula (burbuļsakta), a circular brooch of significant cultural heritage. The central field features a raised horizontal pin bar crossing a domed circular boss, surrounded by a rope-twist inner border. Nine ornamental spherical bosses, each embellished with floral motifs, are arranged symmetrically around the central element, five of which are set with round transparent Swarovski crystals in place of the original silver bubbles. The outer border is decorated with an intricate geometric pattern of triangles and heart-shaped cutouts, faithfully evoking the decorative vocabulary of traditional Latvian folk jewelry. The overall design is rendered in matte and polished gold surfaces, enhancing the three-dimensional relief of the fibula's architectural structure. |
