| Obverse description | The obverse features a depiction of the Mother Armenia statue in Yerevan, shown in left profile with sword held aloft, rendered against a radiating line background. To the upper right, a coloured enamel reproduction of the Soviet Order of the Patriotic War decoration is applied. The bilingual legend ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ and РЕСПУБЛИКА АРМЕНИЯ (Republic of Armenia) arcs along the upper periphery in Armenian and Cyrillic scripts respectively. The denomination 75 ԴՐԱՄ / ДРАМ and the date 2020 appear in the lower left field. |

| Reverse description | The reverse displays the large numeral '75' as the dominant central design element, styled with the distinctive orange-and-black Saint George Ribbon of the Russian Victory commemoration rendered in colour. Above the numeral, the Armenian legend ՀԱՅՐԵՆԱԿԱՆ ՄԵԾ ՊԱՏԵՐԱԶՄՈՒՄ ՏԱՐԱԾ ՀԱՂԹԱՆԱԿ appears in two lines. The dates 1941–1945 are inscribed vertically along the left edge.
