Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at center, depicting the crowned heraldic shield with crossed spears below and the motto legend surrounding the device. Six wax-seal medallions are arranged in the field around the central arms, each bearing a symbolic motif corresponding to one of the Seven Seals of the Apocalypse, executed in antiqued finish against a deeply textured rocky background. A seventh red-colored wax seal applied in color appears at the top of the field. The legends NIUE, 2023, 7 DOLLARS, PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI, and the fineness mark Ag 999 are inscribed across the field.

Reverse description A crowned, armor-clad warrior — the First Horseman of the Apocalypse — is depicted in dramatic high relief, mounted on a rearing white horse and drawing a gilded bow with a golden-colored arrow. The rider wears a crown and Roman-style armor, his flowing cloak billowing behind him. An apocalyptic cityscape with classical architecture fills the upper background, while fallen and struggling figures crowd the lower field in a scene of conquest. A large red-colored wax seal device appears at the left, mirroring the obverse motif. The arc legend SEVEN SEALS OF THE APOCALYPSE runs along the upper border, and the inscription WHITE HORSE appears along the lower border.
