Obverse description Conjoined busts of three Thai monarchs in right-facing profile occupying the central field: King Chulalongkorn (Rama V), King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), and King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX), each depicted in formal royal attire. The busts are rendered in high relief with fine detail to the uniforms and facial features. Thai legends appear flanking the busts to the left and right, identifying the monarchs and incorporating the royal cypher 'ภปร' of Rama IX. The composition commemorates the dynastic lineage associated with the founding and patronage of Chulalongkorn University.

Reverse description Central device depicts a multi-tiered Buddhist chedi (stupa) set upon a decorative base, with stylised rays of light radiating upward from its pinnacle, filling the upper field in a sunburst motif. The chedi is rendered in fine relief and serves as the emblem of Chulalongkorn University. The denomination '๖๐๐ บาท' (600 Baht) appears in Thai numerals and script to the lower left and right of the central device respectively. Encircling legends in Thai script above read '๑๐๐ ปี แห่งการสถาปนาจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย' (100th Anniversary of the Founding of Chulalongkorn University), with the Thai calendar year '๒๕๓๒' and 'ประเทศไทย' (Thailand) inscribed in the lower exergue.
