| Reverse description | A tiered royal chedi (spired pagoda) serving as the central device, above which appears a stylized crowned monogram of Princess Sirindhorn. Flanking the central motif are two five-pointed stars. Below, sprigs of foliage curve outward symmetrically to either side. The denomination '๖๐๐ บาท' (600 Baht) appears in Thai numerals and script to the left and right of the central design, while a three-line Thai inscription in the lower field records the commemorative occasion, date, and country name 'ประเทศไทย'. |

| Additional information |
Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn turned 36 on April 2, 1991 — the Thai royal mint issued this piece as part of a long-running practice of commemorating royal birthdays that intensified sharply after Sirindhorn was granted the title Maha Chakri by her father Bhumibol Adulyadej in 1977, making her the only princess in the Chakri dynasty to hold that rank. The designation effectively elevated her to a succession position, and the surrounding commemorative coinage reflects that unusual constitutional standing.
