| Obverse description | Printed in black on plain paper, the note bears the denomination expressed both as a fraction (1/2 Sp.) in the upper left and center and as 60 Specie Skilling to the right, framed by ornamental typeset borders. The central field carries the promissory text in archaic Norwegian with the place of issue, Trondhjem, and year handwritten. Two manuscript signatures and a handwritten serial number appear in the lower portion, with impressed dry stamps affixed at the top and bottom margins. |
