The text records the municipal council resolution of 8 July 1920 authorising the issue of emergency currency (Notgeld) to a total value of K 40,000, with the full movable and immovable assets of the municipality pledged as guarantee until 31 October 1920. The place and date 'Oeblarn, am 21. Juli 1920' appear centred below the main text, followed by two manuscript signatures under the printed role designations 'Kassier:' and 'Bürgermeister:'. |
