| Obverse description | Central field displays the national emblem of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, depicting That Luang stupa framed by a decorative wreath of rice stalks and foliage, with a ribbon scroll bearing Lao script at the base. The legend LAO PEOPLE'S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC arcs along the upper periphery, separated from the inner design by a beaded border. Below the emblem, the fineness mark Ag 925 appears to the lower left, and the denomination 60000 Kip is inscribed across the lower field, with the weight 31.1 and the Moscow Mint monogram ММД to the right. |
