Obverse description Quartered heraldic shield surmounted by a crown, with the numeral '6' to the left and '8' (stuiver value) to the right of the shield, dividing the denomination within the field. The four quarters display the composite arms of the Salm-Rheingraf dynasty. A beaded inner circle surrounds the shield, with the circular legend running along the outer border. The inscription abbreviates the titles of Leopold Philip Carl, Count of Salm and Rhinegrave.
