Flanking the denomination numeral VI are small rosette or six-petalled flower ornaments, and similar rosettes flank the mint mark B at the base. A circular peripheral legend in Latin script reads ANS·B·BAYR·LANDMUNZ around the upper arc, identifying this as an Ansbach-Bayreuth provincial land coinage. The reeded edge is clearly visible, and the overall layout is crisp and typographically precise. |
