| Obverse description | Draped bust of Emperor Karl VI (Charles VI) of Habsburg facing right, the truncation of the bust touching the inner rim. The head does not intersect the surrounding legend. A circular Latin legend commencing at approximately 8 o'clock reads for CAROLUS VI DEI GRATIA ROMANORUM IMPERATOR SEMPER AUGUSTUS GERMANIAE HISPANIAE HUNGARIAE BOHEMIAE REX, abbreviated around the periphery. The portrait is rendered in a formal Baroque court style typical of early eighteenth-century Habsburg imperial coinage. |

| Reverse description | Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed, with wings spread, bearing an inescutcheon of the Tyrol arms (an eagle) at center breast. The imperial crowns surmount each head and a larger crown appears above. A circular Latin legend commencing at 1 o'clock reads for ARCHIDUX AUSTRIAE DUX BURGUNDIAE COMES TYROLIS, with the date incorporated into the legend. The design reflects standard Habsburg heraldic convention for provincial coinage of this period. |
