| Obverse description | Bust of Wilhelm of Rosenberg facing left, depicted in high relief with finely detailed hair and a full ruff collar, wearing an elaborately decorated mantle adorned with the collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece, its characteristic links and pendant fleece rendered with exceptional craftsmanship. The effigy occupies the central field, truncated at the shoulder, with fine engraving conveying the Renaissance portrait style. A raised inner border frames the bust, while the circumscribed Latin legend reading WILHELM GVBER DOM ROSENB encircles the design along the outer rim, punctuated by cross stops. |
