| Obverse lettering | CHARLES III - 2024 TOKELAU DT 1 OZ FINE SILVER 9999 |
| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a stylized clockface set against a dark field adorned with undulating wave-pattern engraving, evoking the passage of time. Roman numerals mark the hours around the dial, with the chemical symbol AG positioned at the 12 o'clock position in place of the XII numeral. Two clock hands point to approximately five minutes to twelve. The inscription CHRONOS is prominently displayed across the centre of the dial. A subsidiary seconds subdial is situated at the 6 o'clock position, featuring fine guilloche decoration and Arabic minute markings. A segmented minute-track border surrounds the entire composition. |

| Additional information |
Tokelau has no mint of its own and no numismatic tradition to speak of — the territory issues coins almost exclusively as licensed bullion and collector product, struck under contract by the New Zealand Mint. The "Chronos" branding places this piece within a recurring themed series rather than any monetary or political event.
Charles III succeeded to the British throne in September 2022 following the death of Elizabeth II, making 2024 issues among the earliest Tokelau coinage to carry his effigy across a full production year.
