Obverse description Rectangular plaquette divided into three panels in high relief: on the left, a circular medallion bust portrait of Wilh. Mayer facing right with his name and title 'Kommerzienrat' inscribed below; on the right, a circular medallion bust portrait of Frz. Wilhelm facing left with his name inscribed below. The central panel features a standing female allegorical figure holding a caduceus and a male blacksmith figure in an apron standing beside an anvil. The date 1861 appears at lower left and 1911 at lower right, with a commemorative inscription in the lower central panel. A monogram signature 'HZ' is visible in the lower right of the central scene.
