The heading reads «ЗАЕМЪ СВОБОДЫ» (Liberty Loan) in bold letterpress, below which the obligation is described as a 5% bond «ВЪ ПЯТЬ ТЫСЯЧЪ РУБЛЕЙ» (Five Thousand Roubles).
