| Obverse description | A 5% short-term obligation of the Siberian State Treasury, typeset in Cyrillic letterpress. A decorative vignette with geometric ornament appears at upper centre, flanked by large numerals '5000' in the left margin. The text body promises payment to the bearer of five thousand roubles at the Siberian State Bank and its branches, with manuscript signatures of the Director of the Siberian Treasury Department and the Chief Accountant below.
