Reverse description A panoramic view of Spiš Castle (Spišský Hrad), one of the largest medieval castle complexes in Central Europe, is rendered in bold relief atop a rocky promontory that extends across the full width of the field. The curved legend SVETOVÉ DEDIČSTVO UNESCO arcs along the upper border, referencing the site's UNESCO World Heritage status. Below the castle scene, a rectangular panel carries the inscription SPIŠSKÝ HRAD above the face value 5000 Sk in large numerals. The Kremnica Mint mark appears in the lower field beneath the panel.
