Myslbek. The central field carries the bilingual denomination inscription FÜNFTAUSEND KRONEN / PĚTTISÍC KORUN in large letterpress type, with the issuing authority NATIONALBANK FÜR BÖHMEN UND MÄHREN IN PRAG / NÁRODNÍ BANKA PRO ČECHY A MORAVU V PRAZE below.
