| Obverse description | A highly detailed frontal view of the Taj Mahal mausoleum occupies the central field, rendered in fine relief with the iconic central dome, four flanking minarets, and the formal reflecting pool and pathway receding toward the viewer in perspective. The dome of the Taj Mahal is set with 68 diamonds, creating a striking decorative inlay effect against the polished gold field. Cypress trees and garden elements flank the monument in low relief, evoking the UNESCO World Heritage site's Mughal landscape setting.
