Obverse description	Brown intaglio print on light paper. At left centre, a circular vignette contains a portrait of Adamantios Korais, the eminent Greek scholar and humanist, set within an ornate guilloche border. To the right of the portrait, the denomination is stated in three lines in Greek script, with two signature lines below accompanied by a date inscription reading 28 October 1950. A second circular guilloche medallion, blank, occupies the right portion of the note, flanked by elaborate scrollwork framing the entire field.

Reverse description	Brown intaglio print with a large guilloche rosette medallion at the left. The central and right portions are occupied by a detailed historical vignette representing a battle scene from the Greek War of Independence, with warriors, flags, and fallen figures rendered in fine engraved lines. The bank name is inscribed at top centre, the denomination numerals appear at all four corners, and the inscription ΕΚΔΟΣΙΣ ΤΕΤΑΡΤΗ appears at the bottom centre.
