Obverse description	The obverse is printed in violet and purple tones on a guilloche underprint ground. To the left, the Serbian Krajina coat of arms — a double-headed eagle surmounted by a shield bearing a cross and four Cyrillic Cs — occupies a rectangular vignette framed by fine-line latticework. To the right, a large ornate rosette in multicolour overprint centres on a globe-like medallion, with the numeral 5000 rendered in bold below. The issuer's name in Cyrillic script appears at the upper left, the denomination legend at the lower centre, the Minister of Finance facsimile signature at the lower right, and the place and date of issue vertically along the right margin.

Reverse description	The reverse is rendered in violet and purple on a guilloche background of similar palette. A large, elaborately engraved floral-geometric rosette dominates the centre-left, composed of layered petal motifs radiating from a circular medallion with multicolour highlights. To the upper right, the Serbian Krajina coat of arms repeats within a rectangular frame, with the issuer name in Latin script above it. The denomination legend in Latin characters runs along the lower right, the serial number prefix and numerals appear at the lower left in red, and the place and year of issue are printed below.
