| Reverse description | Central field depicts the Lion and Sun emblem of Qajar Iran: a passant lion facing right with a radiant sun rising behind its back, holding a sword in its right forepaw. The Imperial Qajar crown is positioned above the lion in the upper field. The entire device is encircled by a wreath composed of an olive branch to the left and an oak branch to the right, their stems tied at the base. A horizontal cartouche below the lion bears the denomination inscription پنج هزار دینار in Persian script. The design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
