Obverse description High-relief armored bust of Joan of Arc facing left, wearing a pauldron and draped gorget, her hair loosely swept back. The legend JEANNE D'ARC appears in bold relief along the lower border, and the engraver's signature G. PRUD'HOMME is incised vertically along the left inner border.

Reverse description Joan of Arc shown chained to a stake and engulfed in swirling flames, gazing upward while clutching a processional cross; a placard above her reads HÉRETIQUE APOSTATE RELAPSE. The dates 1431 and 1931 appear in the upper left field, a Romanesque church tower rises in the background to the right, and the engraver's signature G. PRUD'HOMME is situated in the lower right field. A two-line commemorative legend occupies the lower border of the plaque.
