| Obverse description | The dodecagonal coin features a deeply recessed, dark central field depicting multiple Western zodiac constellation figures rendered in high relief against a star-scattered nocturnal sky. Visible constellations include Ursa Major, Cancer, Gemini, Sagittarius, and others, artistically portrayed as stylized mythological forms amid scattered stars. The raised border carries the bilingual country name legend — 'REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN' in Latin script and 'ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ' in Kazakh script — arcing along both sides of the rim.
