обезпечивается всѣмъ достояніемъ государства
2. Государственные кредитные билеты имѣют хожденіе во всей имперіи
наравнѣ съ золотою монетою
3. За поддѣлку кредитныхъ билетовъ виновные подвергаются лишенію
всѣхъ правъ состоянія и ссылкѣ въ каторжную работу
