On the right side we see the picture of King Abdulaziz. Below the picture of the king we see the value of the banknote printed in Arabic. At the bottom of the banknote we see the signatures of the the Minister of Finance and the Governor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority. The foil strip on the left bears the value of the banknote and the emblem of the Kingdom.

The mosque surrounds the Ka`aba in the city of Mecca, in the Hejazi region of Saudi Arabia. On top of it appear the name of Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority and the value of the banknote in English.
