The bilingual issuer title "KERAJAAN BRUNEI / GOVERNMENT OF BRUNEI" runs across the top, with the denomination "LIMA-RATUS RINGGIT / FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS" in bold intaglio lettering at centre-left.
