Comments

The Pathet Lao Government issued its own parallel currency from the liberated zones it controlled in northern and eastern Laos during the prolonged conflict with the Royal Lao Government — these notes circulated in territory outside Vientiane's reach entirely. The series predates the 1975 Pathet Lao takeover and represents a wartime administrative currency, not a central bank product.

The printing date field in your data almost certainly contains an entry error — 30 April 1945 is impossible for a Pathet Lao issue, as the movement did not exist until after World War II.
