Obverse description	Central vignette of a canoe and outrigger sailing along a coastal landscape evocative of the Marquesas Islands, with a bust portrait of a young Polynesian fisherman at right. An elaborate border vignette of fish, corals, coral polyps, and assorted underwater flora and fauna frames the composition.
