| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia occupies the central field, depicting a double-headed eagle bearing a shield quartered with symbols of historical Armenian dynasties and surmounted by a crown, with a sword and an eagle's feather as supporters. The Armenian legend ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ arcs along the upper periphery, while the Latin legend REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA curves along the lower periphery.
