No institution called the Banco de Cabinda is recognized as a legitimate central bank or authorized monetary authority. Cabinda is an Angolan exclave whose currency is the Angolan kwanza, issued by the Banco Nacional de Angola. A "500 000 Reais" denomination compounds the implausibility — the real is Brazilian, not Angolan. This has the hallmarks of a fantasy or novelty piece with no verifiable issuing authority behind it.
