| Reverse description | Printed in dark grey on light paper with the same star-pattern outer border as the obverse, the reverse carries the denomination '500 000 000 Mark' in the top and bottom panels and '500 000 000 Mark' vertically on both side margins. The central field contains the full denomination 'Fünfhundert Millionen Mark' in large Fraktur script arranged in an arc, with the winged railway wheel device centered between the upper and lower text lines. The entire inner field is covered with a fine-print legal text underprint reproducing articles of the Reichsbahn statutes, printed in a pale green tone. |
