Obverse description The central vignette presents the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban (National Parliament House), designed by Louis Kahn and located at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka, rendered in a fine linear engraving against a multicolour guilloche underprint. The monumental complex is shown in frontal perspective, occupying the majority of the obverse field. Inscriptions in Bengali script appear above and below the central vignette, identifying the issuing authority and denomination.

Reverse description The reverse carries a vignette of the Bagha Mosque, a fifteenth-century terracotta mosque situated at Bagha, approximately 40 kilometres southeast of Rajshahi. The architectural composition highlights the mosque's ornate multi-domed structure and decorative terracotta ornamentation, set within a fine guilloche border. Bilingual inscriptions in Bengali and English identify the monument and state the denomination.
