(Translation: 50 Sen)
Reverse description The reverse features a large central radiant sun motif with a smooth circular disc at its center, from which emanate bold, alternating long and short rays filling the inner field. Encircling the sun is a wreath-like ring composed of cherry blossom (sakura) florets. Flanking the central design on both sides are the kanji characters reading 'Great Japan' (大日本) on the left and the reign year inscription on the right, arranged vertically. Two raised dots appear at the left and right periphery as separators. The denomination '50 SEN' is inscribed in Latin characters along the lower arc of the coin.
