Reverse description At center, a wau bulan (moon kite), a traditional Malaysian ceremonial kite of crescent-moon form, depicted in three-quarter perspective and rendered with intricate decorative floral and scrollwork patterns characteristic of Kelantanese folk art. A long bridle line extends upward to a diagonal cross-spar, from which a streaming tail flag is visible at the top of the field. Curved tassels hang from the lower edges of the kite frame, and a decorative roundel ornaments the lower center junction. The design fills the field with fine relief detail, conveying the cultural significance of this traditional craft.
