| Obverse description | Black printed on green underprint, with a central vignette of the State Duma building in Petrograd framed by foliate ornaments and laurel branches. The heading reads «ЗАЕМЪ СВОБОДЫ» (Freedom Loan) in a decorative cartouche at the top, with serial number «№005790» and series «II серія» printed at upper left and right.
