Obverse description Central vignette presents the Kholmsk Gate, a surviving fragment of the Brest Hero-Fortress, rendered in intaglio against a guilloche underprint in red and orange tones. The bank title and fortress name are inscribed in Belarusian Cyrillic above and below the central motif respectively. The denomination in words appears at the foot of the note.

Reverse description Central vignette portrays the main entrance to the Brest Hero-Fortress Memorial complex, dominated by a massive intaglio-rendered five-pointed star monument with a tree in the middle ground and the fortification wall behind. Geometric guilloche panels in red, orange, and green frame the vignette on both sides, with the serial number printed twice in red Cyrillic-prefixed format and the numeral denomination "50" at the lower centre.
