The Soviet state emblem appears above the central inscription, accompanied by the guarantee clause ОБЕСПЕЧИВАЕТСЯ ВСЕМ ДОСТОЯНИЕМ РЕСПУБЛИКИ. Two facsimile signature lines for the Народный Комиссар Финансов and Кассир appear below, with the series and serial number АД-4003 printed at lower left and right, and the year 1923 in the top and bottom banners. |
