| Reverse description | The reverse displays a sheaf of five wheat ears arranged in a symmetrical, stylized fan composition, their stalks crossing at the lower center to form a latticed triangular base, a motif emblematic of agricultural prosperity in Weimar Republic coinage design. The mint mark 'J' appears at the top of the field above the wheat ears. The date '1924' is inscribed in the lower exergual area in widely spaced numerals, separated from the central device by a horizontal ground line. The design is executed in a clean, modernist relief typical of the Raemisch school. |
