| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the ornate tughra of Sultan Abd al-Aziz, rendered in elaborate calligraphic style with sweeping horizontal strokes and interlaced loops characteristic of Ottoman imperial monograms. A decorative floral spray appears to the upper right of the tughra. The denomination numeral 50 in Arabic script (٥٠) is inscribed below the tughra, accompanied by the abbreviation for qirsh. The coin is surrounded by a reeded border of fine dentils. |
