Reverse description A panoramic architectural scene dominates the field, depicting the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque complex in Jerusalem, rendered in fine relief with a minaret to the left and fortified walls to the right. Above the architectural scene, two ornate medallions within decorative frames display the names 'الله' (Allah) and 'محمد' (Muhammad) in Arabic calligraphy. A large crescent moon in low relief frames the lower portion of the composition, with arabesque ornamental scrollwork at its center. A short Arabic legend appears at the top of the field above the medallions. The design is enclosed by a beaded border.
