| Obverse description | Teal and cream guilloche underprint frames the central vignette of Saint John of Nepomuk standing in full figure, rendered in a woodcut-style intaglio technique, surrounded by golden stars above his head. The denomination '50 Pfennig' appears in large Gothic blackletter script in both the left and right panels, with red diamond ornaments below each numeral.
