Obverse description The obverse is dominated by a central vignette rendered in green and black letterpress, showing two figures in period costume — a gentleman to the left and a lady to the right — flanking a large heraldic shield bearing a crescent moon and two six-pointed stars, all set between decorative columns with garlands. A city silhouette appears in the background underprint, and the denomination '50 Pfennig' is printed in bold red numerals at centre-bottom. The text block below the vignette carries the voucher inscriptions in Gothic script, with a facsimile signature to the lower right.
Obverse lettering Gutschein Ausgegeben anläßlich zu Halle a. Saale Nur gültig innerhalb Die Ausstellungsleitung 50 Pfennig der Notgeldausstellung vom 6. bis 18. Nov. 1921 der Ausstellung.
Reverse description The reverse carries the text 'Die Moritzburg' as the principal inscription, likely accompanied by a vignette or view of the Moritzburg castle in Halle, consistent with the decorative notgeld style of the series.
